Hi, I'm Teniele

I’m Teniele Marburger, a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Morphology Aesthetics and Laser.

My nursing career began in the Emergency Department in 2003. I was immediately drawn to the fast pace, collaborative culture, and rewarding experience of helping people through some of their most vulnerable moments. That work shaped my clinical judgment and my appreciation for the trust patients place in their providers.

In 2010, I joined a large plastic surgery practice, initially performing laser treatments before expanding into other aesthetic services. I earned my master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013 and subsequently became certified as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Continuing to work in both emergency medicine and aesthetics allowed me to develop strong diagnostic and procedural skills while discovering the incredible impact aesthetic treatments can have on someone’s confidence.

In 2024, I began envisioning Morphology—a practice where patient outcomes and the experience of receiving care would guide every decision.

Above all, aesthetics is the practice of medicine. The responsibility of protecting my patients’ safety and well-being is one I take seriously. I will always prioritize safety and outcomes over profit, and give you my honest opinion about what will best serve you—even when that means recommending no treatment. I want you to feel heard, informed, and comfortable with the decisions we make together.

The name Morphology reflects that philosophy. Inspired by the study of biological form and structure, it felt like a beautiful connection between medicine, the beauty of the human form, and the ways we change over time.

Outside of Morphology, I love spending time with my partner, Jason, and my children, Teagan and Daine. We also share our home with a houseful of animals, who occasionally make appearances on my social media.

Helping people has been the common thread throughout my career. At Morphology, that means bringing clinical experience, honest guidance, and personal care to every patient relationship.
